Bella von Bohlen

Bella von Bohlen is a Managing Director on the Strategic Communications team, based in London. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Bella was a barrister specialising in financial crime. She advised a range of banks and financial institutions, helping them to navigate the post-2008 regulatory landscape. Bella also advised regulators such as the Financial Conduct Authority and the Competition and Markets Authority.

After several years in independent practice at QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers, Bella joined the anti-financial crime team at Deutsche Bank, London. In this role, she advised on client and transaction risk and mitigation.

Bella read English and French at Lady Margaret Hall at the University of Oxford. Later she completed the General Diploma in Law at BPP University Law School and the Bar Practice Training Course at Kaplan Law School. She is a member of Gray's Inn where she received several student scholarships
