Eduardo Diaz

Eduardo Díaz is part of the Corporate Finance practice, leading the Business Transformation team in Spain. Eduardo is considered an expert in strategy, transactions, and complex operational and transformation projects.

Eduardo has more than 17 years of experience in both advisory and corporate roles, specialized in Due Diligence, Post-Merger Integration, Carve-Outs, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management and Turn-around.

From 2010 to 2015, Eduardo was responsible for the Corporate Development and Strategic Projects team in Campofrio Food Group. Additionally, Eduardo has been part of several strategy and operations consulting teams: KPMG, Strategy& (PwC), EY-Parthenon and Accenture Strategy. In his advisory role, Eduardo has provided advisory services to the boards of directors and management teams of multinational companies and private equity firms.

Eduardo holds an M.B.A. by IE Business School, Madrid, and a Master in Telecommunications Engineering by UAX, Madrid. He also obtained a certificate in Strategy powered by Analytics from the Kellogg Business School.
