About Bonnie
Bonnie Harvey provides economic, financial and valuation analysis to clients, including those involved in litigation, arbitration, mediation and other contexts where parties are engaged in complex business disputes. Ms. Harvey has more than 16 years of experience in providing analyses for disputes involving anti‐trust, breach of contract, business valuation, class certification, fraud and accounting investigations, intellectual property and securities class actions.
Ms. Harvey’s experience encompasses the entire litigation cycle, including discovery, damage analysis, preparation of expert reports, critique of analysis included in opposing expert reports and preparation for deposition and/or trial testimony. Her assignments have been in a wide range of industries, including automotive, computer software, financial services, health care, insurance, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rare earth metals, retail, technology and telecommunications.
Ms. Harvey also serves on the Finance and Investment Committee at the Dallas Children’s Theater, where she provides input to the Board on various financial issues and investment decisions.
Ms. Harvey obtained a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
