About Claudia
Claudia Jocelyn leads the State and Local Tax offering in FTI Consulting’s U.S. Transactions Tax practice. Ms. Jocelyn has extensive experience providing multistate and local tax advisory services, particularly in the areas of income, franchise, gross receipts, sales and use and employment taxes to clients in a broad range of industries.
With more than 15 years of tax experience, Ms. Jocelyn has advised clients on a variety of state and local tax issues, including providing transactional state and local tax advisory services, evaluating her clients tax footprint for state tax optimization, implementing corporate reorganization and entity rationalizations, and managing state and local income and sales/use tax audits.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Jocelyn was a Manager in the State and Local Tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, responsible for advising Fortune 500 clients in the manufacturing, aerospace, utilities, pharmaceutical and professional services industries, among others.
Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Jocelyn was at Tyco International (now part of Johnson Controls) in various levels of responsibility in the state tax controversy group in Boca Raton, Florida, and focused on managing state income tax audits and special projects.
