About Eliana
Eliana Putman has more than 10 years of experience in financial consulting and advisory within energy, aerospace, telecom, construction and other industrial sectors.
Ms. Putman has in-depth experience advising corporate clients and lenders through complex transactions including balance sheet restructurings, divestitures, debt refinancing and negotiations between stakeholders. Her primary work includes business plan and 13-week cash flow development, development of cost savings initiatives and assessment of strategic options to improve operations.
Ms. Putman’s clients benefit from her ability to provide quick and meaningful assessments in complex and volatile business environments, resulting in practical short-term stabilization, followed by the execution of longer-term practical business solutions. Her experience ranges across a variety of functional areas such as finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”) and strategy.
Previously, Ms. Putman worked at Huron Consulting Group in the restructuring and turnaround practice. Prior to her four years at Huron, Ms. Putman worked at FTI Consulting in New York.
Relevant Experience:
- Served as financial advisor to Proterra through a successful 363 sales process, overseeing business plan and marketing process workstreams
- Served as financial advisor to the senior lender group of a $500 million telecom construction provider
- Served as financial advisor to a $500 million privately owned telecom construction provider, assisting in liquidity management and business plan development, resulting in a successful sale of the business
- Served as financial advisor to ION Geophysical through a successful 363 sales process, overseeing all liquidity management workstreams and assisting in securing DIP financing to aid the company through the Chapter 11 process
- Provided chief restructuring office (“CRO”) advisory for the NORDAM group through a successful Chapter 11 reorganization, enabling a full recovery for the company’s senior loan facility and unsecured creditors
- Served as financial advisor to the senior lender group to a $650 million exploration and production company through a Chapter 11 organization
- Served as financial advisor to a $350 million cargo airline servicing Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America
