About Erica
Erica Rose has experience applying financial and statistical modeling to assist clients in securities and other litigation settings. Ms. Rose has more than 20 years of experience in securities litigation, including assisting companies in a variety of industries such as technology, energy, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
Ms. Rose has produced analyses in conjunction with 10b-5, Section 11 and Section 12 litigation, including stock price event studies, re-creation of share trading models and inflation analyses. She also has performed analyses relating to class certification in such matters, including market efficiency and class conflict analyses. Additionally, Ms. Rose has produced valuations of businesses, equity securities and options. She has also provided analyses relating to lost profits claims, ERISA litigation, broker-customer disputes, auction rate securities and insider trading.
Ms. Rose has also performed analyses of commercial damages related to contract disputes in a variety of industries, including public utilities, construction and timber. She has also produced economic analyses and additional expert support in competition matters.
