Matt Park-Young brings more than two decades of expertise in digital and integrated communications to FTI Consulting, with a particular focus on advising clients within consumer-facing industries. Matt’s extensive background includes the creation and execution of comprehensive multiyear digital and integrated corporate reputation programmes, senior client stakeholder engagement and steering organisations through high-pressure situations to protect and enhance their reputations. He excels in distilling complex digital challenges into strategic insights and imperatives, ensuring every client engagement is driven by a clear and impactful integrated strategy.
Matt has counselled organisations across diverse sectors, including travel, leisure, fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), retail, entertainment, financial services and technology. His ability to develop and implement robust digital communications programmes ensures each project aligns seamlessly with the client’s vision and objectives. Matt’s strategic approach and deep understanding of the risks and opportunities presented by the evolving digital landscape in high-stakes situations have been crucial in safeguarding and enhancing the reputations of the organisations he supports.
As a Managing Director within FTI Consulting’s Digital & Insights practice, Matt serves as the strategic cornerstone across multiple key client accounts, guiding teams to align with clients’ business objectives and ensuring seamless digital integration across all touchpoints. His dedication to client success and strategic acumen make him a trusted leader for high-level digital strategy and integrated campaigning.
Matt holds a B.A., with honours in English literature from the University of Sussex in the UK.
