About Rofez
Rofez Islam is a member of the Turnaround & Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting. Mr. Islam has extensive experience advising senior lenders and management teams in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. He has industry expertise in a variety of areas, including retail, restaurants, healthcare, fitness, specialty finance, insurance, transportation, oilfield services, energy construction, industrial manufacturing and TMT.
Mr. Islam has experience in developing and evaluating integrated financial models, debt capacity analyses, valuations, 13-week cash flow forecasts, business plans and restructuring proposals. He also has experience conducting operational and financial due diligence, implementing cost reduction initiatives and advising on M&A transactions. Mr. Islam also has experience in providing interim finance and accounting support to companies.
A representative list of Mr. Islam’s client experience includes 21st Century Oncology, Avaya, Centessa Pharmaceuticals, Custom Ecology, Grand Circle Travel, Harvey Gulf, INAP, J.G. Wentworth, Logan’s Roadhouse, McDermott International, Petroleum Helicopters International, PureStar, RGIS, Roadrunner Transportation, Things Remembered, Town Sports, Universal Fibers, Voyant Beauty and WIS.
Mr. Islam previously worked at PartnerRe, a reinsurer, where he was an Associate in the Strategy & Business Development group. He also worked at CDG Group, a restructuring and financial advisory firm acquired by FTI Consulting.
