Kami Zargar

Kami Zargar is a Managing Director in the Economic & Financial Consulting practice at FTI Consulting in the UK. Kami is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and has specialised in forensic accounting for the past 14 years. In particular, Kami has advised clients or acted as an expert in various commercial, contractual and transaction-related disputes and in different types of dispute resolution forums, including litigations in the UK, arbitrations in the UK and internationally, mediations, expert determinations (in both advisory and determination capacity) and negotiations.

Kami has experience in preparing advisory and expert witness reports, covering a broad range of industries and sizes of business, for loss of profits claims, post-acquisition and M&A disputes (including completion accounts, breach of contract and warranty claims) and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Kami led a Big Four’s forensic practice in Belgium across all service lines, which saw him leading a team of forensic experts who conduct financial crime and regulatory investigations and compliance, and acted as an expert in disputes. Before this, Kami spent several years in the Big Four’s Dispute Advisory Services in the UK where he provided expert advice or evidence relating to commercial or M&A-related disputes.
