Nikita Sood brings over 14 years of experience across industry and management consulting in organisational strategy, people strategy and business transformation in sectors like life sciences, financial services, industrials, consumer goods, and technology among others.
Ms. Sood has worked with global FTSE organizations, C-suite, and functional leaders, across the Asia Pacific, North America, and the EMEA regions in designing effective solutions to bring their business strategy to life through impactful people and organisational initiatives, driving sustainable outcomes using a human-centered design-thinking approach.
Some of Ms. Sood's organizational transformation initiatives include new operating model design and implementation, organization structure analysis and design, culture transformation, HR transformation, driving leadership excellence, strategic talent management and capability development among others.
Ms. Sood has a Master of Business Administration in general management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Thapar University, India. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, she worked with Korn Ferry Organization Strategy, Accenture Strategy and Deloitte Strategy and Operations. She also interned with Goldman Sachs during her M.B.A.
