Farina Casselmann is an expert in change management and communications, as well as leadership enablement and culture evolution. Farina has profound experience in leading global complex transformation projects and helping clients manage the people side of change. Her work includes the entire spectrum from assessment to strategy development, roll-out plan and implementation.
Farina partners with her clients to help their leaders and employees manage through change and uncertainty. She is experienced in the development and implementation of global change concepts in the context of large transformations, post-merger integrations, carve-outs, strategy processes and culture change. Farina advised various multinational companies and helped them to prepare for and successfully manage change. As part of her assignments, Farina has taken on the role of workstream communications lead in the context of a large-scale project management office (“PMO”) set-up and was responsible for various workstream change and communications activities as part of an integration.
Before joining FTI Consulting, Farina advised clients on political communications at a public affairs agency in Berlin. Prior to that, she gained work experience at the Council of the European Union in Brussels and the Federation of German Industries in Berlin.
Farina is a certified Prosci® Change Manager. She holds an M.A. in the Political Economy of European Integration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law as well as a B.A. in North American Studies and Economics from Free University in Berlin.
