Scott A. Sizemore

Scott Sizemore is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Los Angeles. Mr. Sizemore has extensive experience in complex, data-intensive analyses focused in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, government and healthcare.

Mr. Sizemore has assisted several government departments in class action suits related to the mismanagement of trust accounts, as well as allegations of improper sales practices and inaccurate accounting, financial disclosures and internal controls. Additionally, he has been consulted on both domestic and international projects, ranging from file parsing, modeling and data analysis.

Mr. Sizemore has significant experience helping receiverships unravel large-scale Ponzi schemes with major media coverage, leading project teams through the analysis of electronic account and transaction data, the identification and retrieval of client data and the extraction of data from a variety of sources, including Salesforce, Redshift, SQL, Oracle, Teradata and Yardi, among others.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Sizemore was the pricing and product manager at CSI Financial, where he was responsible for valuation projects assessing the price of various medical receivables, as well as active medical balances. Preceding this position, Mr. Sizemore was the manager of portfolio analysis at Midland Credit Management (“MCM”). In this role, he conducted quarterly forecasts, analyzed performance data mining and identified servicing issues by internal and external resources.

Preceding MCM, Mr. Sizemore was with Citigroup in their Citicapital and CitiFinancial international divisions, where he served as a senior analyst specializing in portfolio analytics. Prior to this role, Mr. Sizemore was with Arthur Andersen, where he served as a senior consultant specializing in litigation support and complex data.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided deposition testimony in a regulatory forum for DOJ and SEC representatives associated with the materials in the April 10, 2017 Independent Board of Directors of Wells Fargo Board Report
• Co-led a team addressing consent orders for a large U.S. bank and associated claims
• Supported a leading commercial data and analytics provider related to class action lawsuits and associated exposure calculations
• Architected the calculation of exposure based on the Texas Securities Act (“TSA”) that led to favorable settlements with multiple institutions on behalf of harmed investors
• Led the auditing implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Massachusetts and identified issues requiring correction.
