Andrea B. Levine

Andrea Levine is a qualified antitrust attorney, expert in merger and cartel investigations and trusted compliance advisor. She specializes in creating, implementing and managing novel, technology and data driven solutions that help global corporations and firms mitigate risk, strengthen long-term compliance and improve response to high stakes matters. She brings more than a decade of experience understanding regulatory-driven requirements and advising clients on the use of advanced analytics technology to expedite fact-finding. Her experience spans multiple industries, including food and agriculture, foodservice, retail, health care and distribution.

Ms. Levine has advised clients on the development and implementation of global compliance programs, including conducting in-depth risk assessments and leveraging data analytics to develop proactive communications monitoring processes that identify potential misconduct.

Ms. Levine is also an expert in antitrust compliance, investigations and litigation, with extensive experience overseeing some of the largest mergers in the U.S. and interacting with regulators on her clients’ behalf. Her work includes assessing potential antitrust risks, conducting client interviews, drafting narrative responses, managing legal review and ensuring on-time, defensible document productions.

Ms. Levine has conducted offensive depositions, liaised with expert witnesses and prepared compliance policies and training materials for clients. Ms. Levine also led the creation and launch of FTI Technology’s Story Development service, which provides timely case narratives in complex legal matters.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Levine practiced law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where, in addition to her antitrust work, she handled securities and pro bono regulatory matters on behalf of clients. Ms. Levine also clerked in the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission. She regularly contributes thought leadership on antitrust, compliance and investigations topics.
