Helen O'Gorman

Helen O’Gorman is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting and is based in New York. Ms. O’Gorman is part of the Corporate Reputation practice, focusing on the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Ms. O’Gorman joined FTI Consulting’s New York office in 2016 and maintains more than 10 years of communications experience in corporate narrative and messaging development, thought leadership and positioning programs, crisis preparedness and issues management, content development and traditional media relations.

At FTI Consulting, Ms. O’Gorman has helped develop, lead and execute a number of corporate communications programs for leading industry clients including Moderna, Novartis, Pfizer, BioXcel Therapeutics, bluebird bio, Evelo Biosciences, ImmunoGen and TESARO, among others. Previously, Ms. O’Gorman worked at Ruder Finn, an independent public relations agency in Manhattan. While there, she supported a number of clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology space, within therapeutic areas, including oncology, gastroenterology, cardiology and hematology.

Ms. O’Gorman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University and holds a B.A. in Political Science with honors.
