Andrew Green is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in London. Andrew is in the European Tax Advisory practice in the Corporate Finance segment. He specialises in asset taxation and has over 30 years’ experience providing tax depreciation advice.
Andrew is acknowledged as an expert on the interpretation and application of the UK’s capital allowances legislation utilizing the technical skills gained from many years of practice and is the author of CCH Capital Allowances published by Wolters Kluwer.
Andrew has advised clients across many different sectors including FTSE 100 and multi-national companies and investment funds. He has extensive experience in the real estate sector and is a member of the British Property Federation’s Taxation Committee.
Andrew was a principal at LECG prior to the acquisition of the European tax practice by FTI Consulting and a director at Bourne Business Consulting prior to the merger with LECG. Before that he was for 15 years a partner at both Davis Langdon and Crosher & James.
Andrew is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians. He is one of the few professionals working in this area who have dual qualification as both a chartered surveyor and a chartered tax adviser.
Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Economics from London South Bank University.
